Congratulations to Sienna Miller, who welcomed a baby girl into her family over the weekend.

Miller, 30, and her fiancé, Tom Sturridge, 26, named the baby Marlow. The new mother and father have been in a relationship for over a year and revealed that they were expecting a baby in January. Miller was spotted sporting an engagement ring in February.

"My sister is an amazing designer — she's working on her new label at the moment," Sienna told Vogue UK. "In fact she's designing in my attic as we speak. I just can't wait to wear all of the pieces."

While Sienna didn't say what any of those pieces would look like, Savannah's established aesthetic speaks to a very British sensibility — influenced no doubt by working for other British design talents like Alexander McQueen, Anya Hindmarch, and Matthew Williamson.

The Millers started Twenty8Twelve as co-creative directors in 2007. They left the brand in early January 2012, shortly before they were scheduled to present their Fall 2012 line during London Fashion Week. Sienna, who is currently pregnant, told WWD that she and her sister were "looking forward to new pastures. We wish the brand the best of luck for the future."

Twenty8Twelve has continued as a brand without the sisters' involvement, changing its full name from Twenty8Twelve by s. miller to Twenty8Twelve London.

>> Twenty8Twelve was missing from the show calendar for the Fall 2011 season simply because Sienna and Savannah Miller decided to skip their usual runway show and instead hold private appointments. “We love doing shows, but because we’re not breaking the mold in what we do designwise, it’s not particularly translating to sales," Sienna explains. "And the more important thing for us is sales at the moment, especially in this economy.” Savannah recently told Style.com of the decision: "We wanted to focus on intimacy and building relationships. It's hard with a show and it can get quite theme-y. It's fun, but it ended up looking like a bit of a circus. Like, 'Crikey, who's going to wear that?!'" So where might those saved show funds go instead? “We’d love to do maybe five couture dresses a year — just to have access to those fabrics,” said Sienna. “[And] we’d love to open a store in New York. But frankly, we’re really comfortable with where the label’s got to now.” [WWD]

The Spring Fashion Week fun moved to London over the weekend, and Sienna Miller was front and center to show off her new, very wearable Twenty8Twelve collection on Saturday. She prepped backstage with her sister Savannah before the beginning of the show, which Sienna's man, Jude Law, admired from the front row next to her pal Matthew Williamson. Jude spoke about being there, saying, "I'm here because I love Sienna Miller." Sienna returned the favor to Matthew, turning out for his show yesterday. Sienna Miller joined her sister Savannah at last night's announcement of the 2010 British Fashion Awards nominees in London. Since purchasing a new home with Jude Law earlier this month, Sienna's been sticking close to home base, though they did have an epic Summer family vacation with his kids, which earned more than one spot in our best bikini and shirtless pictures of the season. Sienna chose a lovely shade of green for the gathering and accessorized with a bangle large enough to cover up the reported marriage blessing wristband she's been wearing.
