The starlets of Fashion Week took a break from the runways in NYC last night to check out the Vladimir Restoin-Roitfeld exhibition opening at 169 Bowery. Mary-Kate Olsen chatted up the evening's organizer, while Gisele Bundchen showed off a much more casual look than what we're seeing in her latest ad for Dior. Paris took a break from her sister long enough to get up close and personal with Stavros Niarchos, marking the second night in a row that she hung out with her ex-fiance. Paris always has her eye out for new boy toys, but maybe she's taking your suggestion and sticking to what — or who — she knows.

Paris Hilton was party hopping in Miami this weekend, walking red carpets on Friday and Saturday nights but it was the late night club-going that may have gotten her into trouble. Saturday night after the Victoria's Secret fashion show Paris was spotted getting mighty close and cuddly with her ex Stavros Niarchos. Her usual sidekick and longtime boyfriend Benji was nowhere to be seen all weekend long, but this isn't the first time Paris has been linked to someone else during their relationship. While Stavros may still have a place in Paris's heart, she seems determined to prove she and Benji will make it so we'll see if he doesn't mind seeing her so close to her former flame.

Named for the Greek heir and playboy, Stavros Niarchos, this week's nacho creation is a delectable mix of Greek ingredients. I topped crispy pita with a spicy ground lamb mixture. Instead of using cheddar or Monterey jack, I used salty feta and creamy goat cheese. A "salsa" of fresh tomatoes and kalamata olives finished off the dish. Hot pepperoncinis replaced pickled jalapeños as a heat-inducing garnish.These nachos were insanely scrumptious. While munching, I couldn't help but wonder why more people don't make Greek nachos? Sunday was visiting day at the Twin Towers medical jail facility and Paris apparently had two special requests -- Nicky and Stavros. Paris broke up with Stav back in March, but he obviously still means a lot to the heiress. Think a post-lock-up reunion is in order? After the visit, Nicky had this to say about her sister's current state, "She's being strong." Over the weekend we learned that Paris will not be filing that appeal after all and the latest is that she will serve the remainder of her days where she is now -- no more Lynnwood for P. Hopefully for her sake she feels safer at this new joint and will finally resume eating/drinking without fear of a leering guard's cameraphone. We wouldn't want bathroom picks of Paris leaking to the press, now would we?

Lohan may have spent a cozy (celebrity gossip rag code word alert!) evening with James Blunt last week, but this weekend she was back to her old tricks -- picking up the broken pieces of Stavros Niarchos. Yes, once again Linds was next in line for The Stav after he and Paris broke up. Judging from this latest bout of friendcest (or, as the case may be frenemycest) you'd think there were only like three young, single, hot men in LA. Though, maybe Stavros' parents will appreciate this new fling better than the last one? As if it will last that long.

Paris celebrated her 26th birthday with hundreds of her closest friends at Body English in Vegas on Saturday night. All the usual suspects were there, Nicky, Stavros, greasy Brandon Davis, Scott Storch, and David Katzenberg, etc. Ludacris even performed for the birthday girl so we guess he isn't bothered by her recent racist remarks. As expected, Paris partied by dancing on a table.

Paris may have been paid a supposed $1 million to judge the Bondi Beach contest but apparently that cost doesn't include her meals. Paris and Kim made the rounds at Paddington's Oxford Street strip and when they stopped to refuel, they seemed to forget one very important thing - paying for their food. Here's more:

SHE is one of the world's richest women, but that didn't stop Paris Hilton skipping out on a $9.80 bill at a Sydney cafe yesterday.

Ms Hilton left a barely nibbled hamburger sitting on a plate at Sloanes Cafe in Paddington and wandered off to continue shopping, having forgotten to pay for a mineral water and a frappe.

In stark contrast, Ms Hilton put her credit card to work at the lingerie store Arianne Lingerie, spending $2750 on stockings, jewellery, a camisole and a U-bra, an undergarment designed for plunging necklines.

"She was really lovely, she didn't even request that I close the doors," said Christene Reedy, whose shop was surrounded by 30 onlookers and paparazzi.

I bet Paris loved people watching her buy lingerie which is why she felt no need for privacy. As for that poor waitress, we hope it was simply an oversight on Paris's part and maybe she'll send her something nice now that word has gotten out about the incident. As for the contest, well it looks like they found a winner and Bondi must be happy with all of the PR Paris generated for them. Oh and even Stavros made the trip. Paris and Stavros might be back together but that doesn't mean Paris has stopped partying. Here she was leaving Butter this week in NYC with House of Wax co-star Elisha Cuthbert. Stavros, however, thinks that he can tame Paris into leaving her partying behind. His parents evidently don't approve of Paris' lifestyle and won't even meet her. He thinks if he can change her they might come around. Here's more:

STAVROS Niarchos is trying to rein in potential fiancée Paris Hilton so he can bring her home to his parents, who are less than thrilled with his choice in girlfriends. Niarchos was doing everything in his power to get Hilton home at a decent hour last week end in Miami, where he took a break from studying art to party it up with Paris, Nicky Hilton and Brandon Davis. But on both Friday and Saturday nights, he argued with Hilton, trying to convince her to go back to their room at the Shore Club (she wanted to stay out). The two were also seen exchanging words outside of Ink.
