Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom were on hand for a special screening of his movie Sympathy For Delicious last night. The couple have been busy in the Big Apple for the past few days lending their support to Orlando's latest big-screen projects and the Tribeca Film Festival. Miranda and Orlando also stepped out on the red carpet at the premiere of The Good Doctor, in which he also stars, on Friday. He and Miranda, who just celebrated her 28th birthday, have both gotten back to work following the arrival of their son, Flynn. They welcomed their son in January, and the proud dad couldn't help but gush about his "amazing" little guy at last week's debut of his doctor drama. Meanwhile, Miranda Kerr's bikini body has been on display during several postbaby bikini photo shoots. Orlando and Miranda are busy, but Flynn is usually by their side as they travel wherever their careers take them.
Orlando Bloom Goes From Doctorly Duties to a Delicious Screening
Orlando Bloom joined Sympathy For Delicious costars Mark Ruffalo, Christopher Thornton, and Laura Linney last night at a screening of the film. It was over a year ago Sympathy For Delicious made its first debut at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival and last month Mark, who also directed the piece, released a new trailer. Christopher wrote the story and plays the lead character in the unique story about a DJ who finds himself with the ability to heal people through faith. Orlando has the role of another band member in the movie, which gives fans the opportunity to see him decked out in rock star leather pants and muscle tees. This is the second screening for Orlando in a week, having already walked the red carpet over the weekend at the Tribeca Film Festival with his "hot" wife, bikini model Miranda Kerr, in support of The Good Doctor.
Sympathy For Delicious Trailer: Mark Ruffalo Does Double Duty as Director and Priest
When Sympathy For Delicious premiered at last year's Sundance Film Festival, we got an early peek at the film, which is Mark Ruffalo's directorial debut. In the movie, wheelchair-bound "Delicious" Dean O'Dwyer (Christopher Thornton) is a former DJ whose outlook and life have suffered since he's become paralyzed. When he discovers a unique ability to heal people with his hands, he teams up with a priest (Ruffalo) and pursues the path of faith healing, although he's unable to cure himself.

Unsatisfied with his new do-gooder status, Dean decides that he'd rather exploit his gift to become a rock star, a life in which he still doesn't find the gratification he's looking for. His bandmates offer us the opportunity to see more famous faces: Orlando Bloom is the lead singer, Juliette Lewis is the bassist, and Laura Linney is the manager. Though there's a ton of talent in the lineup, the movie wasn't my favorite at Sundance. Still, the trailer is worth checking out for Bloom in full rock star regalia. Watch it when you read more
Sundance Snapshot: Sympathy For Delicious
I'm still having a blast here at the Sundance Film Festival. The days have been chock full of screenings and celebrity sightings (Ryan Reynolds, Kate Mara, and Josh Radnor, to name a few), and I've been giving you recaps of the films I've been lucky enough to check out. Now that I've shared my thoughts on Get Low, here's my take on Sympathy For Delicious.

- Who's behind it? Mark Ruffalo makes his directorial debut and stars in the film, with Orlando Bloom, Laura Linney, Juliette Lewis and Christopher Thornton rounding out the cast.
- What's it about? Thornton stars as Dean, a once-respected DJ (named "Delicious D") who has lost his way since becoming paralyzed. Angry at the world and living out of his car, Dean's life takes a dramatic turn when he realizes his mysterious ability to heal people of various ailments. His gift is at first exploited by a priest looking to raise money for the church, but Dean quickly learns that he can pocket the cash himself if he takes matters into his own hands.

Orlando Bloom Shows No Sympathy and Rocks Out Shirtless!
Orlando Bloom continued to have no need for a shirt as he filmed Sympathy for Delicious in LA this week. He went into rocker mode on Thursday night when he piled on some accessories and went heavy on the eye makeup to film a scene with a band. It's definitely a new look for the usually-presentable Orlando, but no complaints as long as he's showing off that sexy six-pack.

Orlando Bloom Wants to Perform For You
Orlando Bloom once again got extra shirtless on the set of Sympathy for Delicious in LA yesterday. Lucky us, it was warm enough for him to slip off his bathrobe. It looks like we'll get to see quite a lot of topless Orlando in this upcoming movie, whether or not we can get behind his hair just yet. In the movie, Orlando plays a musician and this week there's a chance to see it all up close and personal if you're in the LA area — they're looking for extras to film a club scene this Thursday.
Orlando Bloom Looks Simply Delicious
Orlando Bloom soaked up the sun earlier today on the LA set of Sympathy For Delicious. While the curly-haired wig isn't Orlando's best look, showing off his sexy chest is an excellent distraction. It appears as though Orlando is sporting a few new tattoos for the role, since the last time we saw him without a top he had only one little mark on his torso. Even with the extra ink, shirtless Orlando is a top notch way to kick off the weekend.
Orlando and Mark Share Their Sympathies
Orlando Bloom was back on the set of Sympathy For Delicious in LA yesterday and this time he had a fake tattoo and some nail polish to go with his longer locks. Mark Ruffalo, who is the director as well as a star of the film, has spared himself from too much time in the hair and makeup trailer yet. The story is about a paralyzed DJ who develops an ability to heal people, and hopefully this project will help Mark move on beyond the tragic death of his brother.

Orlando Debuts a New Shaggy 'Do
Orlando Bloom showed off a new look on the LA set of Sympathy for Delicious yesterday. He seemed a bit wary to show everyone his wig — and rightfully so since it's not quite his hottest look. Also on set was the film's director, Mark Ruffalo, who is now focusing on his work since his brother's tragic death last month. Orlando wound up in this movie after James Franco had to drop out, but it's hard to imagine that hot James would look good with that hair either.
