Take This Waltz, starring Michelle Williams and Seth Rogen, debuted last Friday, June 29. Michelle's character Margot is a happily married woman who falls in love with the artist who lives across the street. But scandal aside, Margot dresses supercute in retro dresses, preppy plaids, and denim cutoffs — in short, she portrays the perfect casual-cool Summer style. Check out Michelle's wardrobe in the movie, then shop similar pieces for yourself.

Michelle Williams Celebrates Her New Movie With Jason Segel
Michelle Williams rocked a sexy Altuzarra dress last night at the NYC premiere of her new movie, Take This Waltz. It was her latest press event for the film, which is available On Demand and is heading to select theaters June 29. Michelle also promoted the picture during the Tribeca Film Festival back in April. In the Spring, we also had a chance to check it out — see our Take This Waltz review. Since then, Michelle's been busy shooting Oz: Great and Powerful as well as focusing on her new relationship with Jason Segel. He even joined up on last night's fun at the afterparty, held inside the Sons of Essex restaurant. Jason and Michelle have been spotted multiple times hanging out around her Brooklyn neighborhood, including at her favorite neighborhood restaurant, Frankie's. They've also ventured into Manhattan for a show. Jason and Michelle showed PDA at a recent Broadway performance of One Man, Two Guvnors.
Seeing Spots: 15 Delightfully Dotty Finds For Summer Decorating
Polka-dots are one of the most playful patterns in existence, so it makes sense that they're often associated with children's clothing and decor. That doesn't mean that these delightful dots don't have a place in a sophisticated home — or wardrobe. We were recently enamored with Michelle Williams's polka-dotted dress from her new movie Take This Waltz. In the world of home decor, many designers, from DwellStudio to Diane von Furstenberg, have been riffing on the polka-dot pattern in their current collections. Keep clicking to see 15 of our current favorites, gracing everything from bed frames to chairs.

What's That Song? Sweet Tunes From Recent Trailers
I'm notorious for compiling playlists solely composed of songs from movie soundtracks, and as of late, my ears have perked up at quite a few tunes featured in trailers. Wondering what that song is from the trailer for The Perks of Being a Wallflower? Or that awesome cover in the preview for The Great Gatsby? Find out which songs are playing in the trailers you've seen recently — tracks from quirky indie artists like M. Ward to heavy-hitting hip-hop stars such as Jay-Z and Kanye West. (And if there are any missing that you're wondering about, let us know in the comments!)
Tribeca Takeaway: Take This Waltz
The Tribeca Film Festival is in full swing in New York City, and Take This Waltz was among the many we were excited to check out. The film stars indie staple Michelle Williams as a woman whose magnetic pull to a neighbor makes her question whether she is truly happy in her marriage.
- Who's behind it? The film was written, produced, and directed by Sarah Polley, whose most recent directorial work is 2006's Away From Her. Michelle Williams, Seth Rogen, Luke Kirby, and Sarah Silverman star.
- What's it about? Margot (Williams) has been happily married to Lou (Rogen) for the past five years. They tell one another they love each other so much that they detail ways in which they'd kill the other (usually with kitchen appliances), and they're supremely intimate in every way except on a sexual level. Despite their evident love, the couple isn't communicating on a very basic level, making Margot feel as though something is missing. In a series of chance encounters abroad, she ends up meeting Daniel (Kirby), who is mysterious, dark, handsome, and everything her professional chicken chef husband is not. The two have an unexplainable magnetic pull to one another, and when they return to their respective homes, they realize they're neighbors. It's unlikely, but hey, it's fate. Margot and Daniel begin spending time together, but they're plagued by Margot's existing, yet failing, connection to her husband.
For my thoughts on the film, just keep reading.
Take This Waltz Trailer: Michelle Williams Is Torn Between Two Lovers
The trailer for Take This Waltz has "precious indie movie" written all over it, right down to the fact that the preview gives us little in the way of plot. Instead, we glean what we can from watching Michelle Williams lead a comfortable married life with Seth Rogen, until she's enticed by a handsome new guy (played by Luke Kirby).
Though I wish this preview had more dialogue, I'm already looking forward to seeing Seth Rogen step outside his comfort zone with some deeper material than what he's usually given, and I can't wait to see him and Williams as an onscreen couple. The film marks the sophomore directing effort from Sarah Polley (who also directed Away From Her). Check out the trailer when you read more
Michelle Williams Swaps Her Swimsuit For Street Clothes
Michelle Williams donned a few funky accessories on the set of Take This Waltz in Toronto yesterday. Her character has gone through some colorful outfit changes since filming started last month, including a bright red bathing suit for a pool scene with Sarah Silverman on Wednesday. When she's not in front of the camera with one of her costars, Michelle has Matilda to keep her company up North. She also received a quick work-related visit from Ryan Gosling, whom she'll meet up with again at next month's Toronto Film Festival for a Blue Valentine premiere.

Michelle Williams Puts Her Best Fist Forward on Set
Michelle Williams showed off her boxing skills on the set of Take This Waltz in Toronto yesterday. She was in a familiar costume after having the weekend off to hang with Matilda and join her sexy Blue Valentine costar, Ryan Gosling, for a photo shoot. Ryan didn't stick around his native Canada for long, bringing his new arm tattoos back to LA on Sunday. He and Michelle will reunite again soon for the Toronto Film Festival, but before then she still has work to do with Seth Rogen and Sarah Silverman on her current project.
Michelle Williams and Seth Rogen Take This Ride Together
Michelle Williams and Seth Rogen cuddled up on a rickshaw while filming Take This Waltz in Toronto yesterday. She palled around on set with Sarah Silverman earlier this week, though she's also had plenty of solo time in front of the camera. Michelle will soon switch gears back to Blue Valentine when the movie hits the Toronto Film Festival next month. She'll be reunited with her costar Ryan Gosling, who's been working on a comedy of his own, and hopefully they'll pick up right where they left off with their cute red carpet moments.
