The Death and Life of Charlie St Cloud

Zac Efron stayed dry with the help of his hooded sweatshirt Tuesday while waiting out a rainstorm on the Vancouver set of Charlie St. Cloud. He appeared to be wearing fake blood on his face, as he worked on scenes that were slightly less glamorous than his picturesque sailboat outing earlier in the week. While Zac is finishing up work on his film, slated to hit theaters next month, his girlfriend, Vanessa Hudgens, has encountered problems with her own Summer movie. Her Beastly had been scheduled to open on July 30, but it's now been pushed back to an unknown date. Zac's project, though, is still set to open on that date, so Vanessa can at least come out to support him at next month's MTV Movie Awards.

Zac Efron unfortunately kept his shirt on yesterday while filming The Death and Life of Charlie St. Cloud in Vancouver. His choice to stay clothed made some sense considering the windy gray weather as he got to work on the boat. Zac's been up in Canada plugging away at his movie for the past few months, though we have yet to see him out exploring the other young actors up in the city — like his girlfriend Vanessa did with the Eclipse kids. He and Vanessa are still one of our favorite Summer couples, especially considering his all grownup shirtless abs were one of our biggest headlines of the season

Zac Efron was joined by his young costar Charlie Tahan earlier this morning on the Vancouver set of The Death and Life of Charlie St. Cloud. Leading man Zac went shirtless yet again, though this time around we didn't get a full frontal look at his chiseled abs. He's no longer in our Hottest Shirtless Guy contest, but we're still narrowing the final four down to two — so don't forget to cast your votes before the polls close at midnight!

Zac Efron showed off his sculpted abs on set of The Death and Life of Charlie St. Cloud in Canada on Friday. He chased a flock of geese with trashcan tops and dropped down for push-ups while filming his latest movie. Vanessa Hudgens is also in Vancouver, staying occupied by shopping with Twilighters while her boyfriend works. Zac didn't make it past the second round of our Hottest Shirtless Guy contest, which is down to the Final Four, but it already looks like he's going to be stiff competition next year.
