The hosts of the Today show always dress up for Halloween, and this year they did not disappoint! The whole Today Show crew got decked out as royal wedding attendees with Matt Lauer and Ann Curry playing the key roles of Prince William and Kate Middleton! Natalie Morales looked perfect in the part of Pippa Middleton while Savannah Guthrie donned a specially made Prince Charles mask and Al Roker was Prince Harry. Meredith Viera, who retired from the show earlier this year, made a special return as Queen Elizabeth!

The show was stolen, though, by Kathy Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb. The ladies were dead ringers for Princess Beatrice and Eugenie, and Kathy Lee had a replica of that famous Philip Treacy made to order! Their contributing correspondent Sara Haines got in on the action too by dressing just like Victoria Beckham from April 29, complete with a fascinator and baby bump, but missing hot date of David Beckham.

Matt Damon was on the go before dawn this morning, stopping to sign autographs for fans in NYC. The Contagion star swung by The Today Show to chat with his old pal Matt Lauer. Self-confessed germaphobe Lauer greeted Damon wearing a surgical mask before diving into questions about the film. Damon returned the jokes, describing his shaved hairdo as "the Lauer." From there Matt was on the move again and dropped by Regis and Kelly for an interview. Matt's back in the Big Apple after a trip to Italy, where he joined costars Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Ehle, Laurence Fishburne, and director Steven Soderbergh at their Venice Film Festival premiere. He'll be in the company of another castmate, Marion Cotillard, tonight when they hit the red carpet together at the film's NYC premiere. There's more excitement in the Damon household this week, since three of his four daughters are heading to school tomorrow. Matt says he's ready too, saying to Lauer, "I used to walk to school when I was a kid, and I just love that part of it. Particularly the first day, and the jitters! [My] three-year-old still she still doesn’t know she’s going to school. We have a 7th grader starting a new school, and my Kindergartener is really excited because she’s going back to school and seeing her friends." From there Matt was on the move again and dropped by Live With Regis and Kelly for his next interview.

Jason Bateman and Ryan Reynolds left The Today Show together this morning, both looking dapper in collared shirts and sweaters. During their interview with Matt Lauer, the pair said they'd consider a sequel, and Ryan even joked about shooting a scene in which his character, an out-of-work actor, ends up shooting soft porn. Ryan said, "That was a tough scene to shoot, I must say. It was the one day I invited my family to the set. They were there, and they watched it." The stars of The Change-Up headed to NYC to promote their new movie after stepping out for the LA premiere on Monday night. We caught up with the duo on the red carpet at the debut, where Sandra Bullock made a showing to support Ryan, her longtime friend. Ryan and Jason told us that although they've known each other for 15 years, this film marks the first time they've truly acted opposite each other. That friendly chemistry is evident in Ryan and Jason's new promo for The Change-Up, a funny short they released this week in which they try to convince a wide range of audiences to check out the body-switching comedy.

Mila Kunis and Justin Timberlake arrived at NBC's studios in NYC this morning for a visit to The Today Show. The Friends With Benefits costars have been busy hyping the movie, which hits theaters this weekend, all month long. Justin and Mila went south of the border to debut the film at the Cancun Film Festival last week and will also hit the red carpet together tonight for the Big Apple premiere of the film. It was another red-carpet event that the pair chatted about during their talk-show appearance today. Mila and Justin have been invited to Marine Corps balls, and both insist that they plan to attend the parties despite reports to the contrary. Mila will be going with Sgt. Scott Moore, while Justin's date is Cpl. Kelsey De Santis.

Rihanna was on The Today Show bright and early this morning in NYC, sporting a skimpy uniform as she sang several of her latest singles, including "What's My Name" and "California King Bed." She was fresh off a performance with Britney Spears at the Billboard Music Awards last weekend. The pop stars joined forces to perform their "S&M" remix in matching leotards and even shared a near-kiss, and while some thought the routine was a bit too steamy for TV, Matt Lauer admitted to watching the video several times! She and the morning-show hosts shared a few laughs in between her songs, but things took a slightly scary turn when an overzealous fan grabbed Rihanna while she belted out one of her hits. The star was unhurt, and her backup dancers quickly came to her rescue to help her wriggle free.

January Jones joined her X-Men: First Class costars in NYC this morning for a promotional stop by The Today Show. The foursome sat down with Matt Lauer to chat about their prequel, which opens nationwide June 3, and even shared what superpowers they would like to have; January, Zoe Kravitz, and James McAvoy chose the power of flight while Michael Fassbender joked he'd like to be able to grow a tail. The stars stepped out together last night for the film's Big Apple premiere, with Kevin Bacon, Lucas Till, and Rose Byrne joining the posse for photos. They were still missing a few key members of the all-star cast, since Jennifer Lawrence and Nicholas Hoult weren't able to attend. January was decked out in an asymmetrical dress for the a.m. interview after rocking a Preen ensemble last night, though she introduced a particularly sexy maternity style when she wore a sheer shirt back in LA earlier this week.
