Suri splashed in the waves and jumped around with her dad, who stopped to chat with fans when he wasn't playing with his daughter. The father-daughter duo popped up at Disney World on Tuesday and were spotted walking around the park together with Suri wearing an Ariel costume. Meanwhile, Katie Holmes is back in NYC and stepped out solo to pick up coffee earlier this week.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes went swimming in Miami with Suri this afternoon. Tom Cruise was shirtless for the swim just like he was when he celebrated his 49th birthday with his family in South Beach at the beginning of the month. Katie and Suri joined Tom after returning from their travels. Earlier this week, she and Suri headed to Mexico, where Katie promoted Jack & Jill with Adam Sandler, and Katie was spotted back in LA a few days later. Tom didn't finish up his shirtless fun in the pool though, since he was later seen rocking out on the balcony of his hotel and waving to onlookers below. The scene was quite similar to Tom's most recent Rock of Ages still, which shows him sans shirt with a microphone in his Stacie Jaxx character. Tom's costar Julianne Hough had her own fun in the sun today as well when she was spotted poolside with boyfriend Ryan Seacrest and her brother Derek.

Tom Cruise turned 49 yesterday, and to celebrate, his wife, Katie Holmes, threw him a surprise bash in Miami. Katie, along with their kids, Connor and Suri, threw Tom Cruise's birthday party on the roof of the city's Soho House. The family has been based at the lux hotel for the long weekend, with Katie and Suri seen entering on Friday and Connor spotted on Saturday. Yesterday, though, the foursome kicked things off with a swim. Tom Cruise went shirtless while Katie wore a black bikini, and Suri even had her face painted. They then moved inside for Tom Cruise's birthday meal, which included yummy treats like pasta, shrimp, more Italian dishes, as well as a special chocolate cake. Tom has been in Florida working on Rock of Ages. He's earned at least one fan in director Adam Shankman. Adam gave Tom an early birthday present by tweeting on Thursday, "I promise: Tom is brilliant in this movie. The hardest working actor I've ever worked with. You'll be blown away."

For the second day in a row he gave the crew an impressive view of his abs while tackling his own shirtless stunts. He gave us a peek at his six-pack over the Summer while shooting a commercial for Knight and Day, and from what we've seen of him recently it looks like he's still holding onto his Top Gun physique. Tom will be passing the torch on to Jeremy Renner when he takes over the Mission: Impossible franchise, and we've already seen that he's packing some heat in the muscles department, too.
