Naomi Campbell and her longtime boyfriend, Vladislav Doronin, left the beach and headed back to their Miami hotel today. The couple drank SmartWater as they dried off, though Naomi's impressive bikini body was still on display. Naomi's had plenty of opportunities to soak up the sun lately, including on a recent trip to Mexico. She and Vlad were some of the lucky guests invited to Philip Green's 60th birthday bash in Mexico, where they played in the sand and partied late into the night alongside Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Hudson. Earlier this week, Naomi stepped out in NYC to attend the premiere of Cirque du Soleil's Michael Jackson The Immortal World Tour.
Leonardo DiCaprio was just one of the many famous guests flown to Mexico by Sir Philip Green over the weekend. Philip, who owns Topshop under the Arcadia Group, threw a lavish 60th birthday party for himself and flew in a reported 100 guests for the occasion. Kate Hudson and her fiancé Matthew Bellamy were some of the lucky attendees, as were Naomi Campbell and her longtime boyfriend Vladislav Doronin. The partygoers descended on Cancun for four days, and when they weren't attending one of multiple events, including a gathering to celebrate Philip's daughter Chloe’s 21st birthday, they got together on the beach for a fun game of football. Kate and Matthew got away from the group on Friday though, to spend couple's time in the sand.
Charlene Wittstock, who is now the princess of Monaco, wore an Armani gown as she walked down the aisle at the Prince's Palace in Monaco today. Charlene and Prince Albert were married in a civil ceremony yesterday, and they celebrated their newlywed status with a concert that evening. Today marked their religious ceremony, which was attended by A-list guests, including Karl Lagerfeld, Giorgio Armani, Karolina Kurkova, French President Nicolas Sarkozy, and Naomi Campbell. Naomi arrived with longtime boyfriend, Vlad Doronin, fresh from pal Kate Moss's nuptials that got started on Friday as well. Charlene and Prince Albert will continue the festivities tonight with a lavish dinner for 450 guests to be prepared by Chef Alain Ducasse.
>> Aliona Doletskaya, who resigned from editing Vogue Russia last year (and was once rumored to be in the running for Anna Wintour's position), has a new gig. She has teamed with Vladislav Doronin (Naomi Campbell's billionaire boyfriend) and Bernard Runge, CEO of Phillips de Pury & Company, to launch Russian and German editions of Interview magazine.
Doletskaya will edit both of the magazines (Interview Russia hits newsstands at the end of the year, followed by Interview Germany in early 2012), and Jo-Ann Furniss, who resigned as editor of Arena Homme Plus earlier this year, will act as international fashion director.
In a press release, Doletskaya said she was excited to work on magazines for two different countries: “Moscow and Berlin are cultural capitals of the modern world. The progressive, open-minded communities in those cities are booming. They have the drive and desire to grow, to discover, to move forward. Interview has always been a creative platform for talented individuals unafraid to break taboos and freely express their artistic vision. Now is the time to do so on this side of the ocean.”
Leonardo DiCaprio and his BFF Lukas Haas had lunch at Capri's Torre dei Normanni restaurant with Naomi Campbell and her boyfriend Vlad Doronin. The getaway celebrating Naomi's 40th in Italy gives Leo a chance to catch up with pals after a few days in Portofino with his new lady love Blake Lively. Leonardo DiCaprio is dating Blake Lively after splitting from his supermodel ex, Bar Refaeli, recently. He and Blake were first photographed hugging on Steven Spielberg's yacht when they were all in Cannes for the film festival, but it seems the Gossip Girl star isn't a part of Naomi's birthday group. Blake isn't the only one who's gotten close to Leo this year. His costar in the upcoming J. Edgar, Armie Hammer, recently shared his thoughts on the kiss they share in the movie.
Naomi Campbell was back in another bikini from her extensive collection yesterday while on a yacht off the coast of Miami. She joined friends and her main man Vladislav Doronin for an al fresco lunch on the boat, with plenty of champagne on offer for all. Naomi seems to be enjoying a stay in Florida with lots of time to throw on her two-piece for afternoons in the sun. It's her latest tropical getaway with Vlad, after the duo were spotted together in Phuket, Thailand, last month.
Naomi Campbell and Vladislav Doronin were back on the beach in Thailand today. The couple enjoyed their vacation with bikini and shirtless time in the sand on Wednesday, but their relaxing getaway hasn't been without incident. Vlad was apparently stung by a jellyfish during a swim in the sea, though that didn't stop him from getting back in the water during their latest tropical trip.
Naomi Campbell flaunted her supermodel body on vacation with boyfriend Vladislav Doronin in Phuket today. She wore a sexy black bikini to take a dip in the ocean before returning to the sand to lounge next to Vlad. Naomi is no stranger to relaxing getaways, as she recently enjoyed time under the sun in both Mexico and Miami.
A Naomi Campbell-Vladislav Doronin Wedding Could Very Well Happen in 2011 — Although Not at Egypt's Luxor Temple
>> Are Naomi Campbell and Vladislav Doronin getting married, as rumors have been purporting? Vogue thinks so — in a list of things 2011 will bring, the magazine included: "One can only imagine the stops Naomi Campbell will pull out for her upcoming wedding to Russian billionaire Vladislav Doronin. Whether in Moscow or Marrakech, all we know for certain is that this is the one invitation that even the A-list will be angling for."
Originally, rumors had Campbell and Doronin marrying at the ancient Egyptian temple Luxor, which overlooks the Nile, over Dec. 7 and 8, but a representative of Egypt's Supreme Council for Antiquities, which overlooks the protection of archeological sites, said it had not been notified by Campbell of her desire to hold a wedding there. “Even if she asked for that, we would definitely refuse,” the representative said. “Our temples are not wedding halls. This is an insult."
