Katy Perry played hostess last night at an MTV Movie Awards afterparty held in LA's Las Palmas club. Her fiance Russell Brand stuck close by her side for kisses and more PDA throughout the evening after recently opening up to us about their wedding plans. The bash was held in honor of Katy's new music, but Russell also had celebrating to do with his Get Him to the Greek nabbing second place at the weekend box office. Paris Hilton was excited to hang out with her sister Nicky, Snooki, and J Woww while the guys of Jersey Shore made the rounds nearby. Audrina Patridge left her girls from the Hills to get cozy with Glee's Mark Salling, and Lenny Kravitz smiled with daughter Zoe. Lindsay Lohan changed out of her sparkly jumpsuit into a dress, still covering her SCRAM with a pair of boots. Her whirlwind few days also included a bikini photo shoot for German Vogue, and she apparently kept her spirits high with too many Monster energy drinks.

Audrina Patridge sported a black coverup before stripping down yesterday at a pool party held at Wet Republic in Las Vegas's MGM Grand hotel. Her black bikini was all she wore to pose for photos during the Easter Sunday bash. Her boyfriend Ryan Cabrera skipped out on the afternoon festivities, but the duo was spotted hand-in-hand last week while out in LA. Their relationship will be chronicled in the upcoming final season of The Hills, but we'll see if their love lasts beyond the series.

The stars of Avatar hit the blue carpet in LA last night to celebrate the Golden Globe nominated epic 3D film before it hits theaters this Friday. Director and writer James Cameron was on hand alongside stars Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana. Sigourney Weaver was also there along with her two daughters. Audrina Patridge spent a good chunk of yesterday filming for her upcoming show, but she was able to put on a poufy jacket just in time for the screening. The cast moved on afterwards to a special bash at David Arquette's Propr store, where they mixed film talk with humanitarian efforts to benefit the Save Darfur organization.
