Thor star Chris Hemsworth was the latest Hollywood celebrity to stop by Spanish TV show El Hormiguero during a publicity stop in Madrid yesterday. He graciously went along with the show's crazy antics, snacking on a brightly colored snack before facing off against one of the show's cuddly ant puppets. His superhero flick is already topping the box office overseas, and audiences in the states can see Chris and his costar Natalie Portman on May 6 when their Marvel remake opens stateside. He's been handling the brunt of the promotional work solo while pregnant Natalie stays close to home in NYC prepping for the arrival of her first baby. Thor is the first of many superhero films opening soon with Green Lantern, X-Men: First Class, and Captain America due out in the upcoming months. Chris and his thunderous hammer will be in LA next week for the May 2 premiere, but first he'll have to slay the competition in the PopSugar 100, where he's nominated for Favorite Import and Hottest Rising Star — make sure to cast your votes to be entered to win one of four luxury prizes!
Bradley Cooper is the latest celebrity to join in the fun on Spain's El Hormiguero TV program yesterday. Orlando Bloom was recently coaxed into wearing a blond wig, and Jennifer Aniston planted a kiss on the famous purple ant puppet during her visit. It seems Bradley was willing to blow up balloons and play games while chatting up his latest blockbuster, Limitless. The film was box office champion for its opening weekend in the States, and now he's in the midst of promoting the thriller overseas. Meanwhile, Bradley inadvertently pulled an early April Fools' joke last week when he teased that The Hangover Part II trailer was going to drop today, but it actually was released last night — check out the wild and crazy preview on Buzz!
Orlando Bloom was the latest star to get silly on Spanish television's El Hormiguero today. Former guest Jennifer Aniston laid a smooch on one of the show's puppets last month, but Orlando did one better and kissed the host! The actor is promoting his latest role as spokesmodel for Hugo Boss's latest scent with a series of appearances in Europe, and the new dad was up for whatever they threw his way during his visit to the set. He donned a wig reminiscent of the one he wore in the Lord of the Rings trilogy, and also got behind a drum set to take part in one of the program's many science experiments.
