Nicole Richie paid homage in her hippie chic style as she and Joel brought Harlow to the Kidstock Festival in LA yesterday joining other celebrities like Jason Bateman and his adorable daughter Francesca. Later on Nicole and Joel skipped out on watching the MTV Movie Awards and opted for dinner together instead. By the time next year's Kidstock rolls around, Nicole will have another baby to bring along and help celebrate at the annual event to support arts programs for kids.

Jennifer Aniston and Jason Bateman were back to work on The Baster yesterday, and Jason got another visit from his daughter Francesca between takes. While Jen's got her hands full with her upcoming project, she's pulling double duty promoting Management at the same time. In a recent interview she talked about breakups, projects, and what she'd be doing if she weren't an actor. Here are highlights:

• On an awkward breakup: "I broke up with a guy and he tried to get back together with me by bringing his mother to a restaurant I worked at and getting down on one knee in the middle of the restaurant. The whole restaurant started applauding and I was like, 'Get up!' It was horrible."
• On what she'd do if she quit acting: "I would say, probably something in the health industry. It's too late to go to medical school. I'd travel. I'd go back to the years that I never did what I'd wish I'd done, which was travel Europe and backpack. That sounds slightly romantic. What I would do? I don't know. Maybe become a chef. There's so much more to do. It's almost overwhelming. I've gotten to a great place in my career."
• On how she chooses her films: "You've got to really love the project. I just left home after I built up my house for 2½ years. I moved in for a month and now I'm here. I don't want to do the same thing over and over. It's not about, 'Oh, it's going to be a big hit.' I don't want to do that."

Whether or not Jen chooses blockbusters on purpose, she's proven that she knows a thing or two about making hit movies.

I can't help but gush at the cuteness of Jason Bateman and his wife Amanda Anka's daughter, Francesca. The 2-year-old recently joined her parents on the red carpet of the 2nd Annual Kidstock Music and Art Festival showing off a bundle of curls, Spring dress and comfy moccasins. Francesca's earthy kicks are slightly more traditional than colorful Swedish Moccasins, but still perfect for her age group because they are flat and allow her to play without worrying about losing her shoes. Before Jason Bateman and Spencer Pratt hit the 2008 MTV Movie Awards they showed a softer side by supporting the kids. They were joined by Reese and her new shorter do (love it or not?), at the 2nd Annual Kidstock Music and Art Festival at Greystone Mansion. The charity helps give children support to become involved in the arts. Reese looks like a kid but unfortunately she left Ava and Deacon at home. At least Jason brought along his family so we could get our fix of mini mes.

Over the weekend, actor Jason Bateman gave his lil sweetheart, Francesca a ride around the Los Angeles farmers market shoulder style.

The bitty beauty's mother is actress Amanda Anka, but it's clear she shares some of the Bateman family genes looking an awful lot like auntie, Justine.

And with her soft wide set eyes, defined nose and subtle chin, the wee one's profile is strikingly similar to her daddy's.
