Kate Middleton and Prince William joined the Middleton family for Christmas mass at St. Mark's Church in Englefield, Berkshire, in England today. Kate wore a burgundy coat to cover any hint of a baby bump. The duchess and prince broke from tradition to spend Christmas with her family instead of the royals. Pippa, Carol, James, and Michael Middleton all joined Kate and William for the service. Queen Elizabeth II gave her traditional annual speech on Tuesday as well, though this time around it was actually broadcast in 3D. Prince Harry is spending the holiday in Afghanistan with British troops.

Kate has been laying low since announcing her pregnancy and hospitalization for severe morning sickness earlier in December. Kate did attend a pre-Christmas lunch with William last week, though the couple chose to skip the other official celebrations in order to be more relaxed with her family. Prince William visited his wife, Kate Middleton, in a London hospital today for the third morning in a row. Kate checked into the hospital on Monday, seeking treatment for acute morning sickness, known as hyperemesis gravidarum. Later on in the afternoon, Kate's siblings James and Pippa Middleton stopped by to see her as well.

Yesterday, a palace official confirmed that she is responding well to treatment. Now, William and Kate are thinking about their future and are deciding where to raise the heir to the British throne. Current options include staying at their current home in Wales, or moving nearer to their families in England.

Officials at King Edward VII's Hospital are in hot water today after staff members fell for an Australian radio hoax. Two hosts from Down Under, pretending to be royals, connected to Kate's private nurses and retrieved private information about her condition. A King Edward VII spokesperson said today, "This call was transferred through to a ward and a short conversation was held with one of the nursing staff. King Edward VII's Hospital deeply regrets this incident."

Prince William and his wife Kate spent the last week together on vacation with her family in Mustique. The couple spent a few days on the West Indies island with her sister Pippa, brother James, and parents Michael and Carole. William apparently met up with the group after the Middletons started their fun. He arrived, however, ahead of the celebrations for Carole Middleton's 57th birthday. The Middletons' getaway included plenty of beach time and group lunches by the water. The girls were able to wear bikinis and sit in the sun, while James snapped photos from his deck chair. William and Kate stayed at Aurora House, a retreat owned by their friend Mark Cecil, according to reports.

William, Kate, and Pippa wrapped things up and left Mustique for the Hewanorra airport in nearby St. Lucia, where they caught a British Airways flight. They headed back to London so William could prepare for his deployment to the Falkland Islands. He was scheduled to begin a six-week tour of duty Wednesday. Along with other pilots, William will be tasked with manning search-and-rescue helicopters.

Pippa Middleton showed some skin in a plunging red dress on Saturday night for the Boodles Boxing Ball at London's Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel. She was joined by many other members and friends of the royal family. Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie also dressed up for the occasion, as did Prince Harry's ex Chelsy Davy. Pippa and Kate's younger brother James threw on a tux much like aristocrat Henry Beckwith, who brought his apparently on-again girlfriend Geri Halliwell. The Boxing Ball is a big annual charity event in the UK, and Prince William attended three years ago with then-girlfriend Kate. It was underwritten by the jewelry company Boodles and proceeds went to benefit the Starlight Children’s Foundation and the Lieutenant Dougie Dalzell Memorial Trust. Pippa and boyfriend Alex Loudon met up once inside, and were seen sharing a passionate kiss after the bash as they waited for their car at around 4:30 a.m.

The Middleton family, Carole, Michael, James and Philippa, waved for the awaiting cameras as they left the Goring Hotel in London this morning. The foursome were still glowing in the aftermath of Kate's wedding to Prince William, as Carole and Michael's daughter and James and Philippa's sister officially became Duchess Catherine. All eyes were on the gorgeous bride in her two Alexander McQueen gowns, though maid of honor Pippa did earn her share of admiration yesterday. She looked stunning in her own ivory Sarah Burton for McQueen dress for the ceremony and official royal wedding portraits, though Pippa changed into a green Alice Temperley concoction for the receptions. Many watching William and Kate's fairytale day also clamored for the two good-looking younger siblings, Prince Harry and Pippa, to have a love connection. Whether or not that ever comes to be, Pippa certain has more than a few new fans after yesterday's big events.

Carole Middleton and her son, James, arrived together at Westminster Abbey in London this morning for the royal wedding. The mother of the bride wore a blue wool crepe coatdress designed by Catherine Walker and a matching hat from Jane Corbett. James was dressed in tails after spending the morning having breakfast with Prince William at Clarence House. Princes William and Harry made their entrance at the abbey just a few minutes earlier and saluted the guards on their way down the red carpet. James Middleton, brother to the bride Kate Middleton, was spotted outside of The Goring Hotel in his formal attire in London today. He reportedly went to Clarence House to have breakfast with Prince William this morning.
