Nick Cannon posted new photos of "dem babies," his children, Moroccan and Monroe, today on Twitter! The little ones, who go by the nicknames Roc and Roe, were photographed in a variety of poses, including on a white couch underneath mylar balloons spelling out their catch phrase. Roc also modeled a necklace in one picture, while Roe read the words, "my mother sings high, my mother sings sweet" from the book My Mother Is Mine. Mariah and Nick dressed Roc and Roe in crab outfits, and he tweeted that they're "little crab cakes!" Nick and Mariah first gave a glimpse into their happy family life last month when they invited Barbara Walters into their home to meet the infants. Nick, Mariah, and the kids dressed as The Incredibles for Halloween too, and the parents gave a peek of the little ones' over-the-top nursery.

Mariah is ready to step back into the spotlight after focusing on her pregnancy and raising the children, and she may be hiring a new team. According to reports, Mariah will sign on Randy Jackson as a manager and they're close to finalizing a deal. They were apparently close in the '90s as well when both were working with Columbia Records. Mariah is also proud to show off her postbaby body and just last week rocked a tight red dress for a special Jenny Craig event.

The family of four welcomed Barbara Walters into their NYC home for an exclusive interview that also included a look inside the twins' nursery and a peek at some of their intimate family photos over the past six months. We got our first look at pictures of Moroccan and Monroe earlier this week, though these latest shots show their sweet faces.

The Carey-Cannons dressed up in The Incredibles costumes for one Halloween themed shot while another showed the twins cuddled close in yellow ducky robes. Mariah showed that she's already loving dressing up her little ones — check out the gallery for a picture of Moroccan on the mic in his crib and Monroe in a diamond headband and pearls. Mariah and Nick welcomed their son and daughter in April and while the proud parents are focusing on family, they've also made time for their careers. Mariah has a new version of her hit holiday song "All I Want For Christmas Is You" coming out with Justin Bieber next month and Nick is currently starring in the comedy Up All Night.

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon held their son Moroccan and daughter Monroe during a recent taping of 20/20 at Mariah and Nick's NYC apartment with Barbara Walters. The twins will make their TV — and world! — debut when the show airs this Friday on ABC. Mariah and Nick welcomed their first children in April and have kept them out of the spotlight since. Mariah did share a picture of her daughter, Monroe, on Twitter over the Summer, though it didn't show her precious face. Mariah has since been busy getting back in shape and she showed off her postbaby body during a trip to the beach in August. She's also made time for her singing career and will release a new version of her hit holiday song "All I Want For Christmas Is You" with Justin Bieber next month. Nick, meanwhile, is a highlight of the new comedy hit Up All Night, on which his character has a knack with kids.

Mariah Carey, Nick Cannon, and their newborn twins, Moroccan and Monroe, finally headed home from the hospital together on Sunday night in their Rolls-Royce Phantom. Monroe and Moroccan were in their car seats under pink and blue blankets while the proud new mom and dad beamed in the front. Bringing home the babies was the highlight of Nick's exciting weekend. He made a cameo at the Wango Tango concert, where Britney Spears, Ryan Seacrest, Ke$ha, and J Lo took the stage. Nick is ready to welcome the babies and Mariah back home, but he'll be doing double duty parenting and promoting his new comedy album, Mr. Showbiz. Mariah Carey may also have plans to release new music by the end of the year, according to Nick. He said, "She's been working away, and we have a studio in the crib, and [the pregnancy] has totally inspired her on so many different levels. You're definitely gonna see some new phenomenal music from Mariah."
