Tom Brady Gets Seriously Sexy and Talks Showing Affection in VMAN

Tom Brady suited up and posed with a canine for the Fall issue of VMAN.

Tom Brady suited up and posed with a canine for the Fall issue of VMAN. He was photographed by Mario Testino for the fashionable spread, which was styled by Carine Roitfeld. Tom's gearing up for the NFL season and already has one preseason game under his belt with his next scheduled for Aug. 20. When he's not hitting the practice field, he's been busy with his growing family. His pregnant wife, Gisele Bundchen, brought his boys, Jack and Ben, to visit during training camp in Boston just last week. In the magazine, Tom shares that he wants yet another baby and talks about showing affection at home. Here's more from Tom Brady in VMAN:

  • On showing affection at home: "I grew up [in] . . . an environment where people weren't afraid to express how they really felt or to express their emotions. I'm very blessed to be able to do that because with my two boys — I kiss them a thousand times a day. My wife and I are very affectionate; it's just part of our nature."
  • On life after football: "I have to do something [after football] . . . I don't know. It's hard to think about where my interests will take me. But [an actor] is not something that I've ever aspired to be. The only thing I ever wanted to be was a professional football player. It's hard because I want to have four kids and I want to be a really good dad, too."

Miranda Kerr and Alessandra Ambrosio Go Calendar Girl For VMAN

Miranda Kerr and Alessandra Ambrosio were among the models selected by guest editor Carine Roitfeld for a spread in VMAN.

Miranda Kerr and Alessandra Ambrosio were among the models selected by guest editor Carine Roitfeld for a spread in VMAN. Their new issue hits newsstands next Tuesday, Feb. 14. The girls, along with ten other models, including Adriana Lima, Doutzen Kroes, and Chanel Iman, did a pinup shoot made to look like the 12 pages of a calendar. It was a reunion of sorts for some of the ladies, like Adriana, Alessandra, and Miranda, who are all Victoria's Secret Angels. Miranda is currently Down Under with her family, while Alessandra is taking a hiatus from her Angel duties while pregnant. Adriana, though, stepped out earlier this week for a VS Valentine's Day event and told us about what she and husband Marko Jaric have planned for the big day.

Ashley Olsen

Ashley Olsen Is All About the Fashion Industry

>> Ashley Olsen has been inching out of the public eye towards a more behind-the-scenes role for a while now, and in the upcoming Summer 2009 issue of VMan while promoting the new expansion of The Row into menswear with a Sebastian Faena-lensed editorial, she lays it out for interviewer Marc Jacobs: The way I look at it, I had a career as a child.

The way I look at it, I had a career as a child. I had a career in an industry in which the media kind of. . . they're obsessed with the young girl thing. But when I turned 18, I moved to New York, and I haven't really done anything to be a celebrity. I've been transitioning from acting as a kid to doing something that I'm choosing for myself — to be a part of the fashion industry . . . the outside perception is very different because you do have celebrity brands, people like Jessica Simpson and Kimora Lee Simmons, and those are celebrity brands because they have their names on them.
I want to be behind the scenes, and I don't want people to know anything about my personal life. I have a job, I take it very seriously, and I work really hard.

Her focus now is The Row, but she's still looking at aquiring other brands: "I don't want to talk about them because there are a couple that could be potential opportunities.  We're always thinking of new things, new divisions that are missing in the marketplace."
