Cleanse-a-Rita

INGREDIENTS

    • 1 1/2 ounces tequila
    • 2 ounces lemon juice
    • 1 ounce water
    • 1 teaspoon agave syrup
    • Cayenne pepper
    • Ice
    • Lemon
    • Salt

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, lemon juice, water, agave syrup, and small pinch of cayenne pepper with ice.

    2. Shake vigorously until cold.

    3. Pour into a rocks glass.

    4. Garnish with a lemon wedge dusted with salt and cayenne pepper.

    5. Use a store-bought lemon cayenne agave juice, such as the one from BluePrint.

    6. Pour 3 to 4 ounces into a shaker with ice.

    7. Combine with tequila.

    8. Shake until cold.
