Here's a breakdown of how it's done: using her trusty soap trick to define the hairs, Desi strategically applies Benefit's Ka-Brow ($24) with short, hairlike strokes to fill sparse areas. "If strokes were a whisper, that's how light you want to apply it," she hilariously explains.
