Set some realistic goals for yourself. If you care so much about make-up and how your face looks, why are you neglecting the rest of your body? Get yourself on an exercise program where you can lose between 1 - 1.5 lbs per week. This goal can be reached by eating right, exercising regularly and still indulging a little bit here and there. Once you feel better about yourself, it's amazing how much it will show in your personality! Then you can really "act as if."
