I found it refreshing that the Parks and Recreation star thanked her childcare staff, admitting that in fact she can't do it all — career and family — herself. And of course Amy added some humor to the interview, showing off her Dougie dance skills just like Michelle Obama did earlier this week. Apparently the Dougie is popular among influential women!
