I would also add "An Idiot Girl's Christmas" by Laurie Notaro. It's got a similar feel to the other humor essay collections on this list, but is a little more goofy and less raunchy than David Sedaris or Augusten Burroughs.

I also think Little Women is a fun one to read over the holidays. It's not all Christmasy, but there are several scenes that got me in the spirit. It's one of those books I always meant to read, and when I finally did I was so glad I did.
