I'm also really happy that these issues are out in the open now. The reality with any of these conditions is that getting help and getting better makes you a much better person not only for yourself, but for those around you. I think that anyone who has known people with depression/bipolar/postpartum etc before and after they get treatment will attest to the value of seeking help.

It's good that they are opening up about this so that perhaps everyday women will feel less ashamed or stigmatized. It's a strength not a weakness to realize you need help in managing a problem and you are not alone.Good for Zeta-Jones for finally seeking help
