Do Tell: What's Your Song Together?

Do Tell: What's Your Song Together?

It may sound cheesy and cliché, but music can be really moving and meaningful. That’s why people shell out tons for a concert ticket and couple’s love to embrace a particular song and call it their own. And the song that represents a couple is often not a love song, but something more quirky, a song that symbolizes a particular time or feeling. I think there’s something so fun about learning other people’s songs so ladies, if you wouldn’t mind, please share, and do tell: What song do you or have you in a previous relationship considered “our song”?

Possibly... The Magic Numbers - I see you, you see me or The Postal Service - Nothing Better.<3Possibly! Unconfirmed but they bring him to the forefront of my mind when I hear them and I'd like to think it does the same for him. ;p

The first is Death Cab's "I'll Follow You Into the Dark," which is sweet and a little morbid, lol. And the second is Eric Clapton's "Wonderful Tonight" :D

Haha, in my last relationship our song was "Don't Stop Believin'" by Journey. It started as a joke and ended up being a sentimental thing, because he's a city boy and I'm a small town girl. It's cheesy, but funny to look back on.

We don't/didn't have a song... so for the wedding we chose Baby by OsMutantes for our first dance simply because we liked it.

Gods this is hard, because there are SO many songs we both love, one of the things that drew me to him was his amazing music ..like 5000 songs. One night we sat up the whole time just trading songs and bands, talking about whom we liked. It would be something metal for sure, and sexy..well maybe. ARGH. Either "Lead Me To Your Door" by Black Label Society...or "Nail" by the Finnish band Poisonblack....or uh... "Don't Hold Back" by the Sleeping which is a song he introduced to me, and that totally fits his perspective. Very hard to say. Music is a huge part of how we ended up together so its tough! I could pick 20 songs that link us together!
