Do You Over-Indulge On The Weekends and Then Become Depressed?

It's wonderful to pamper yourself from time to time, but you must remember your budget and your health over the weekend. Some people over-eat, some over-spend and some over-pamper themselves with spa treatments etc.

This behavior can often lead to depression when your bill arrives or when you tip the scale at the gym on Monday morning. You've overdone it once again and you regret the decisions you have made.

Perhaps you could try leaving your credit card at home, taking a long bubble bath, or following a few of FitSugar's calorie burning tips. This might help do the trick without burning a gigantic hole in your wallet and making you feel so guilt-ridden. What is your guilty pleasure?

i have the shoppin problem.. but over the last few months i have sort of gotten into the habbit of only going once a month or only buying one not very expensive item when i go so that it can last just like a new shirt or soemthing then i dont feel so bad about it. And i really think about the choice i make now instead of just sayin oo i like this and there goes my money! haha

I restrict my weekend shopping to thrift stores. That way, it's *almost* impossible to feel guilty about the amount you spend.

I tend to indulge in long couch sessions, vegging in front of the TV or computer when I shouldn't be. :(

I shop wayyyyyy too much. My mother has to hold most of my money because she doesn't trust me with it. Haha, I don't blame her.
