This Sweet Wedding For 2 Wasn't Your Ordinary Courthouse Elopement

When it comes to opposites attracting, Amber and Larry are it. Despite the bride being an extroverted fireball and the groom being a relaxed type of guy, the two agreed on keeping their nuptials simple. Because the bride is an attorney with a connection to a judge, they were able to make their wedding extraspecial by holding their ceremony at Charles Evans Whittaker US Courthouse in Kansas City, MO.

"This made for a truly unique and beautiful setting — not to mention some one-of-a-kind bridal portraits showcasing City Hall through floor-to-ceiling windows!" said their photographer.

And just because they opted for a simpler elopement didn't mean that the bride didn't want to dress the part. Along with her bright and gorgeous bouquet, she sported her Betsey Johnson heels for her "something blue." After they officially became husband and wife, the couple continued the celebration with some photos at Union Station.

See them ahead!
