Can you recommend any diets/diet tips? I am soon to be 15 years old and around 125 pounds. Not to mention I'm only 5 feet tall. I would love to be able to wear bikinis in the summer without having to suck in my belly 24/7. Even worse, all my friends are sticks, which make me feel even worse about myself. Go easy on yourself. You are only going to be 15! You shouldn't even be thinking about dieting now. You should just be thinking about eating well balanced meals and being active. Are you on any sports teams or after school clubs? All I can say is that, while it's fun to eat fries and sundaes with your friends, they catch up to you. Opt for healthier snacks and you MUST exercise! What they teach you in health class is true! Don't diet yet - at your age, you might only mess up your metabolism.
