For the fifth time, German Chancellor Angela Merkel has taken the No. 1 spot as the most powerful woman, with White House women Hillary Clinton (2) and Michelle Obama (8) coming in close behind. There were a handful of execs from Facebook, Google, Yahoo!, and Twitter on the list, and the youngest powerful woman is 25-year-old Lady Gaga, who edged out Oprah Winfrey (14) just slightly by ranking 11th.
