CNN (I think) did a quick segment on a reporter trying to cover the event talking about the plain clothes Chinese officers with big umbrellas blocking the view of cameras from taking taking clear footage of the square. It was hilarious, but also quite pathetic. And the great firewall barrier on social media sites like Twitter. Does Chine have any idea how insecure it's looking? They want to be respected on the world stage yet the only command the have of any kind of respect lies merely in the the growth of their economy. They can't even own up to their own history. I'd imagine if China were a person, it'd need a whole lot of therapy hours.
