Think you know everything there is to know about Kate Middleton? Hey there, I'm Lauren Bradshaw, and here are five things you don't know about Kate. Number one, Prince William was not the first William to propose to Kate. Long before the royal wedding, thirteen-year-old Kate starred in a play at St. Andrew's preparatory school, where another young man named William asked her to marry him onstage. Yes, oh yes, dear William. Number two, Kate's favorite drink is called A Crack Baby. Served up in shot glasses at Kate and William's wedding reception, the cocktail was made at one of the couple's favorite hangout spots, Bougie Nightclub in London. Wanna know how to make it? Take two ounces of vodka and two ounces of unsweetened passion fruit puree. We used regular passion fruit juice here. Pour in one ounce of gum syrup and one ounce of Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur. Shake it up, pour in a tall shot glass and then top it off with a heavy helping of champagne. Cheers! Number 3, Kate is the oldest royal bride ever. Queen Elizabeth was 21 when she walked down the aisle with Prince Phillip, Princess Diana was only 20 when she tied the knot with Prince Charles and Sarah Ferguson was twenty-six when she said I do to Prince Andrew, but Kate topped them all by marrying William at twenty-nine. The British press may have dubbed her 'Waitie Katie' but clearly the wait was worth it. Number four, Kate went to preschool in the Middle East. Kate's dad Michael moved the family to Amman, Jordan in 1984 for his job with British Airways before returning to their home in Berkshire, England two and a half years later. And number five, Kate and Will's favorite song is "I Like the Way." I like the way you move. The upbeat dance hit by the Body Rockers is reportedly so loved by the couple that William requested it at their wedding reception. Keep checking out Pop Sugar TV for even more on Kate Middleton and thanks for watching.
