im the kind of person who cant cry infront of anyone.. i keep things inside, but it builds up and then starts to hurt inside.. but when i cry i feel this sense of release ... its always healthy to vent out ur feelings with crying.

I voted the first option. As long as crying is used as a genuine response to emotion and not as a manipulative tool, Im fine with it. My ex said he could never remember when he last cried and thought it was a sign of weakness. I asked him if he thought he would cry if i died or his mother and he said no. I think that is unhealthy

Well, I am probably the worse offender of all. EVERYTHING makes me cry. A beautiful morning, thinking about Christmas, weddings, commercials, anger, movies, saying good bye...breath taking views also make me cry. It all starts when my nose gets tingly and is down hill from there...I am pretty good about holding in my feelings in front of others though... I'm all in.
