John Edwards Endorsing Obama Tonight: Speculation Grows
The Obama campaign has announced a "major national endorsement" for a rally tonight at 7 p.m. in Michigan, and the rumor mill is swirling that it is none other than Sen. John Edwards. Time's Mark Halperin is teasing as much at his website, with a photo of Edwards and the text, "Ready to choose? Ready to hope?"

I hope this endorsement will help Obama win in North Carolina.

I could definitely see an Obama/Edwards ticket, too!

I think Edward's endorsement would have mattered more earlier on. Now it just seems like he is jumping on the bandwagon. I could not agree more. It seems to me like Edwards is endorsing Obama now because Obama is the clear cut front runner. I'm sure he agrees with him on a lot of policies, but I'm guessing if the delegate numbers were reversed at this point, Edwards would be endorsing Clinton.

The timing was perfect in that it cut into her big victory yesterday, took the wind out of her sails.

" Do a google search on his mother and you're apt to find a lot of information that's missing from his books. And it's documented." Just because something is on the internet does make it true.

Predictable. If nothing else a handsome duo.

I think Edward's endorsement would have mattered more earlier on. Now it just seems like he is jumping on the bandwagon. If he was holding out to let the states speak independantly, then I could understand. UnDave, wouldn't it be wonderful if we could just talk about policy ideas? :) The candidates are so clearly different on those, and I think voters really should have the chance to see who they honestly agree with more, instead of being distracted by lies and exaggerations. Not gonna happen, but oh it would be great!

Wow! I had a feeling this was coming, but I didn't think it would happen tonight.

I hope Obama gets the nod. He'll at least compete fairly in the general election. Hillary will have to cheat to win, and that will be a nightmare for her in the generals.

That means Elizabeth is backing Hillary. Divided family. Split decision. I am still putting my money on the mare. The longer Barack is out there, the more information about his past is being discovered. Do a google search on his mother and you're apt to find a lot of information that's missing from his books. And it's documented. Go Hillary.

I wonder if this was strategic to win over those white voters that I hear go for Hillary so much more..
