The Man With The Moustache Wants To Buy You A Drink

Dear Sugar
When I'm at a bar and a guy sends over a drink, does it obligate me to take it? I guess I'm thinking more about when the waitress brings over a drink and says "that guy over in the corner bought this for you" rather than when they say "there's a guy here who would like to buy you a drink." I'm married, and am not sure how to handle
this - but I do like free drinks. Is that so wrong? Drink-Lovin Daisy

Dear Drink-Lovin' Daisy
No, it's not wrong to accept it and drink it if it's already bought for you. Just politely say, "Hey, thanks for the drink - if only I were single." You want to keep it short. Don't invite more conversation than you have to.
