Wearing an off-the-shoulder Ralph Lauren number and a necklace fit for royalty, Michelle Obama welcomed Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip to the London residence of the US ambassador this evening with a handsome-looking Barack by her side. It was another double-date night for the US president and British head of state, after the queen hosted a state banquet for America's first couple and some of their famous friends last night. The president spent today delivering a historic speech to the UK parliament, stressing the countries' special relationship. Tonight they celebrated those ties with guests including Tom Hanks, Colin Firth, David Beckham, and J.K. Rowling, as well as Tony Award winner Kristin Chenoweth, who performed after dinner.
