Product of the Day: Funyuns With Wasabi

I was out with a friend last night, and after some drinks, walking back to the BART, I thought, I need a snack—a trashy snack. Boy, I was not disappointed. Behold: Wasabi-flavored Funyuns. I haven't had Funyuns in a while, not because I don't like them, but because, well, you just don't see 'em around that much! (I've been told by those close to me that I'm the only adult they know who eats Funyuns. Hey, everyone else's loss—that's how I look at it!) Anyway, these were delish, with the kick you'd expect from Wasabi. At 99 cents a bag, how can you go wrong?

I've had these. They were okay, but I hate the taste of wasabi. Has anyone else noticed that the taste of Funyuns can linger in your mouth for hours? NARSTY!

I haven't seen the Wasasbi Funyuns, either. But I do love me some regular Funyuns. I buy them to pack in my boyfriend's lunch, but by the end of the work week, well.... there generally aren't any left.

Wasabi Funyuns are one of life's little pleasures. the only problem is if I get a big bag I can't stop eatign them. They aren't as strong as most wasabi but they pack just enough punch to keep you coming back til there's nothing but yummy wasabi dust in the bag
