Relationship Protocol: Who Is More of a Planner?

I'm a planner by nature, and while I've always assumed that's more of a female trait, I know some men that prove my theory wrong. When a man takes the reins and leads the way, it shows that he's confident and assertive — a huge turn-on if you ask me — but when it comes to the roles you play in your relationship, tell me ladies, who's more of a planner?

I would say he is more of a LONG TERM planner than me. I just need to ensure my short term security to be happy.

My husband and I are both planners, which is good since we can strengthen the trust to take care of our family.

Well I thought it was 50/50 until he surprised me with a trip to Puerto Rico leaving in 48 hours.... what an amazing man..

What about neither? We usually end up doing nothing because we're always in a perpetual state of "I don't care, whatever you wanna do". It leads to some good lounging and cuddling though!

We're both planners but I think he is more of one than I am. He's makes all the plans then I freak out when things don't go as planned. ;-) :-P

He is more of the "get up and go and worry about it all later" type and I'm the "plan everything to the very last detail" type. We balance each other out. :)

I'm the planner. My hubbie is spontaneous, and can change directions in mid-air.

haha, my new SO is actually does project management as a part of his job - but in our short relationship, I've found he's a last minute planner in his private life.I'm not really big on that - I like to know what's going to happen, how I'll get to an event, where it's going to be held... what I should wear! everything! He believes that it can ruin things if you overplan them.I guess it depends what it is. I've found a lot of my friends have had issues with their bfs not planning things until the last minute, and then not being able to get bookings! drives them crazy, lol

I plan stuff and he breaks the plans. He plans things and I honor my word and go. Seems awfully one sided and very annoying.

He, and all of his friends, are last-minute kind of people whereas I like to know what's going on a few days in advance. I need time to enter my schedule into my BlackBerry! Seriously though, if you're going to make me go out, give me some time to shave my legs! I'm sorry it is not socially acceptable for me to have furry man legs!

Haha! Totally him. Likes things precise and planned out etc etc whereas I'm just all over the place.

I'm definitely the planner in our relationship. But I think I'm starting to rub off on my husband - now if I ask him if he has anything planned for special occasions/holidays/birthdays, he says "I'm working on it." Before he'd just say "Not yet, don't rush me!" haha

I'm totally the planner...and it drives him nuts! I like to have everything scheduled and he likes things to be spontaneous.

I'm more of the planner but it really depends. We're in a LDR. When he comes in town, I do all the planning, when I go to visit him, he typically will plan things for us to do.
