Wow...he looks so depressed about it. I think he should have stayed, as I liked him better than McCain

I think this is just a first try for Romney. When he started, his name recognition was something lik 4%, meaning only 4% of Americans had even heard of him. Now that he's got that visibility, there is no doubt in my mind that if a Democrat wins, Romney will run again in 2012.

I can't wait to see McCain speak. CPAC registrants were specifically told not to boo, which I find hilarious.

I think he said it in a very classy and positive way.

I hope he doesn't say anything directed at McCain. Why should he? If he's dropping out anyways, why stoop to one last pot shot? The thing I like most about Mitt is how composed he is. Yes, he has attack ads like everyone else. But he took no cheap shots at McCain in the debates, whereas McCain took plenty of cheap shots at Mitt.

Yea, I thought Huckabee would bow out first too, but then the more I thought about it, the more I realizes... Huckabee is a good choice for VP of John McCain. He's a likable guy, he gets the Evangelical vote, and he's more socially conservative, so a great counterpoint to those in the GOP that slam McCain for being too moderate. I would be really surprised if McCain didn't choose Huck as VP.

This will be nuts if it happens. I really thought Huckabee would bow out before Romney.

Wow, this about seals it for McCain. I cannot imagine Huckabee being the Republican nominee. Incredible turn around for McCain. He and/or his campaign team deserves a pat on the back for what they were able to orchestrate. Amazing!

So sad... I love Mitt, he was my pick... But it's time the party starts to focus, actually, it's time to have a front runner in both parties... I'm done with the primaries!!
