Don't feel sad for her. She had the choice to be famous. And the choice to make herself ugly. This is a result of CHOICE. You might as well say 'Aw, I feel so sorry that she made millions and can waste it on things like elective surgery.' She's just another idiot, and no idiot gets my sympathy.

I don't think she's a bad person or a monster, and who knows what I would do in that situation. I do think she's a vapid attention seeker who doesn't deserve all of the celebrity treatment that she receives, but that's a different argument altogether. Seriously though, her boobs scare me a little bit. They sort of look like they might pop.
