Show My Freckles, But Cover My Flaws

Dear Sugar
I have medium tanned skin and freckles. My cheeks tend to get really rosy and it looks as if I'm constantly sunburned. I'm too lazy to put foundation on everyday, plus I don't like how it drowns out my freckles. What would you recommend? On a totally different subject, I'm top heavy. What kinds of tops do you think would be most flattering for me? Flawed Francesca

Dear Flawed Francesca
Use a tinted moisturizer Laura Mercier makes a great one, or wear a sheer powder foundation so it doesn't cover your freckles, it just covers the red. Prescriptives Custom Blend is amazing! It's an investment, but it will last you forever! If you have access to a Prescriptives counter, go in and they customize a color to your exact skin tone. You'll leave with both a pressed powder compact and a loose powder. If you get a tan (or lose one) you can go back and they will blend it again for you. Also, avoid wearing a pink toned blush. Try Nars's blush in Nico it's a light, natural brown that will enhance contour and can be used in combination with a bronzer. As for your larger chest, try tops with a low neckline or a V shape (and make sure to wear a good bra.
