Sunday Confessional: Co-Worker May Have Seen Naked Pic

This week's confessional comes from our anonymous Confession Booth group in the TrèsSugar Community. Feel free to weigh in in the comments.

I had a co-worker fix my computer and forgot I have several pictures on there of me in my underwear. I was documenting my weight loss so they aren't at all sexy in my opinion. I want to ask him if he saw them but I'm too embarrassed. He'll probably say no even if he did see them anyways. I just can't get over it.

There's lots of great stuff going on in our community — join it, check it out, share your posts or advice in the great groups, and maybe we'll feature it here on TrèsSugar!

The human body is nothing to be ashamed of. I doubt he saw them but even if he did he probably thought you were beautiful.

I sincerely doubt that Anon 12 is a real comment. But Network Geek does raise an issue. The computers at work do not belong to the employee and as such are subject to scrutiny by management. There is no implied privacy in the legal sense. If you keep racy pics on your work computer, you're asking for it. Same deal with emails. There's no such thing as a private email sent on a work computer (or to one).

If it's a work computer, I have to say that you sort of set yourself up for that. While I don't think it's a big deal if he did see it, work computers are subject to be worked on by IT and you just never know. I had a work laptop that I use and work from home, but whenever I have to have software installed by IT, I just assume they will see pics/songs etc. and I delete them off. I've already had them look in the music folder and tell me I can't have music on the computer.

I doubt he saw the pictures, but if he did, so what! If you're documenting weight loss, you must be losing weight, and that's something to be proud of!

I was gonna say, just forget about it. But then I was thinking if it was me, I would feel horrible. But actually, the only thing you CAN do is to assume he did not see the photos, and forget about it.

I can see why you might be embarrassed, but if they were to document weight loss, they were probably pretty standard looking and not anything to get super embarrassed about. And if he was just fixing your computer, I doubt he took a peek! Don't sweat it!

I wouldn't worry too much. I mean, I'm assuming it was your personal computer and not your work computer, so you weren't doing anything wrong, and as SKG said, it's not like they were meant to be titillating.

Chances are he didn't see them. And if he did, he probably thought they were cute anyway...Who knows what's on his computer? Take a deep breath, relax and try to push those silly worries out of your head...We all have embarrassing tales to tell...It will be funny in a year or two, or maybe ten...lol

LOL Oh sweetie, just forget about it. I know it may be embarrassing but if he hasn't mentioned it, I wouldn't mention it and he more than likely never even saw them, so just try and remember that he more than likely never ever saw them.

If he was genuinely trying to fix it for you, the chances are he would not have gone prying round anyway. I would say just relax and forget it! Worse things have happened. I once texted a picture of myself naked to the wrong person! And yes, that was history and I live to tell the tale.
