Who's smizing now? A McDonough, GA, woman is suing Tyra Banks for $3 million, after the woman's then-15-year-old daughter appeared on an episode of Tyra in 2009 to talk about her experience as a teen sex addict.
The sex addict part apparently isn't the problem; the issue is that the teen allegedly made the trip to New York and appeared on the show without mom's permission. Talk about picking your battles! The woman, who's a social worker herself, worries that the Tyra episode "was undoubtedly watched by sexual deviants, perverts and pedophiles alike."
Probably true — most sexual deviants never miss an episode of Tyra! But it does make me wonder if that concern would've been more useful before her daughter flew alone to New York, stayed in a hotel, and filmed the show? In any case, don't hold your breath for a chance to judge the episode in question for yourself; she's seeking an injunction against any future repeats of the show.
