Stress at work is common. There are constant deadlines, challenges, budgets and even social pressures. The list is endless to the amount of things that can stress you out at the office, however, everyone handles their stress differently.
Some people become introverted and hide away in their offices or cubes. You might wish that they asked for assistance because you had some extra time and could have easily managed to lend a helping hand.
Others become uncomfortably loud and freak out publicly. If you've ever witnessed someone have a breakdown at work it can be pretty awkward because now you've seen them at their most vulnerable stage. Stress happens to all of us, so when it does, do you think it's OK to let it show?
