I've started to do this. Partly because my bf is a morning person and tends to start falling asleep around 9, or whenever he's horizontal. Partly because I'm starting a new position at work and I'm really stressed out, so maybe more sleep will help? Partly because I'm old and boring and that's how we do it. Whatever it is, I could never fall asleep under that much light like the girl in the photo.

I like the bottle of pills next to her bed. It really says it all.

I always go to sleep before my bedtime. Sometimes when I am really tired, I love to go to sleep at 8pm. Its nice.

Oh he** yeah! LOL When my youngest was really little and would get in trouble, we'd tell him "Go to your room!" To which he'd respond "No YOU go to YOUR room" hehehe We'd always tell him "I'd LOVE to, it'd mean I get to go to bed before midnight!" LOL Isn't it funny how things that are considered punishment when we're kids are cherished events when we're older? Like being grounded. Oh how NICE it would be to be grounded and not able to go ANYWHERE. That would mean no grocery store, no running kids to activities... LOL

I'm so doing that tonight. I have bronchitis and my doctor actually told me to stay in bed for the next 48 hours. Ugh!
