When Danielle Edwards went into labor, it happened at home in the middle of the night, and it happened fast. So fast that her 12-year-old son Gaelan was the one to deliver his little brother!
With the baby's head showing, Gaelan jumped into action, reassuring his mother and resting the baby's head on his forearms as his mother pushed. Having learned a bit about labor and delivery from medical books and and television shows, Gaelan even helped her deliver the placenta and then clamped and cut the umbilical cord.
