"I'll ask you to prom when pigs fly." Sounds like an insult, right? Wrong. Vee Nguyen used this line along with some cleverly decorated pig balloons to ask her friend Ben Davis to prom — and the act brought him to tears.

The proposal — which was caught on video [1] and done in front of her entire high school — started with pink helium balloons sporting pig snouts being released out of a box held in front of Ben, who was then instructed to turn his wheelchair around for more. Through tears, Ben turns to see five girls across the gym floor in black t-shirts that spell out "P-R-O-M-?" — and Vee was standing next to them, ready to pop her question.

"I met Ben Davis two years ago and ever since then we became really good friends. He is such a sweet person with a kind heart and it's an honor being able to ask him to prom!" says Vee's caption on Facebook.
