Bridget Moynahan Is in Love with a Much Younger Man

Do mothers really dress like this? Actress Bridget Moynahan who is perhaps more famous for being NFL star Tom Brady's baby mama has gone model in the latest issue of Harper's Bazaar. The svelte single mommy to 9-month-old, John (Jack) is the subject of a sexy pictorial that has the siren pushing a stroller and packing groceries, whisking batter in stilettos and leaning cribside in lingerie. While the shots scream adult playdate rather than multitasking mother of one, the accompanying interview sheds light on the woman who became tabloid fodder when she announced her pregnancy hot on the heels of her public break-up from the New England Patriot's quarterback. She said:

“Going through that traumatic time of being heartbroken and then being pregnant turned my whole life upside down and inside out and just knocked the wind out of me,” says Moynahan. “But I got so much out of that. It’s golden and it’s tough and it was f*cked up. But now I have a child, and it’s the best thing in the world.”

While raising babe alone isn't the easiest of undertakings, it certainly has its rewards. The article said:

“I have become that mother I used to dread,” Moynahan admits, shamelessly enumerating the things that Jack has been doing lately. As of press time, they included clapping, crawling, and standing up. “Every time he does something, you think he’s a genius.” She pauses and deadpans, “He’s totally a genius.”

I didn't even buy into the relationship crap. I didn't really care when I read the article.. BUT:<i>"Do mothers really dress like this?"..." While the shots scream adult playdate rather than multitasking mother of one"...</i>That is SO ridiculous! So she doesn't dress like a soccer mom heading up into Walmart for a Saturday morning shopping trip with her sister? A majority of the time I am dressed in slinky lingerie at home cooking and cleaning in the morning-time or evenings.. And then I wear pretty dresses with 4-5" platform heels to work.Sorry she didn't wear chapstick, sweatpants or leggins for ya! (How else do you keep a man around? In a turtleneck?)

Right on: haute77. I agree. I read that article I guess last month about Bridget.. but I'm so confused about something. Was she Mr. Big's wife on Sex and The City? The one he cheated on with Carrie? She looks just like her. I haven't had time to do the research yet. But the math/age stuff added up. In the show the character Natasha was 25. So if it was her she was maybe a year or two older than 25 back then.

I think that picture of her posing next to the crib in her lingerie is hilarious. I bet Giselle is cracking up somewhere :ROTFL: And if y'all think she looks good for just having a baby, keep in mind I think she had that baby a LONG TIME AGO NOW!

She is beautiful and I hope she finds happiness.I think she handled the situation with class.I never heard her comment on him negatively.I think she found out she was pregnant after or around the same time they broke up and she waited to tell him.He then hooked up with G.S.The rest played out the way it did and she kept her head up high. They were together along time and I imagine she still loves him deep down inside.I hope she finds a new love and happiness!

I'm not trying to say I know the whole story either, and like I said my friend (who is Almost an auntie, not the real thing) was really distressed at Tom & Bridget's breakup. The whole family is strongly Catholic and were saddened by the fact that there was a baby coming into the picture without a marriage before hand. I have no idea when Tom first met John, I'm sure you are right that he was there shortly after the birth if not right away. But I stand by what I said, his parents were not allowed to see him until much later, and were not allowed to take a single picture. I'm not saying it was right or wrong on her part, I'm sure the charity was deserving, but I personally think it must have been hard to have a granchild for months and have no pics of them. But as for saying shame on me? Where do you get off speculating on a celebrity's personal life if the people who actually know him aren't allowed to? I'm sure that the whole situation ended up differently than what each of the participants would have wished it to (hello, that's kinda how life goes). And I'm glad that everyone is making the best of the situation that they can. I just don't have any pity/ sympathy for her, and I'm not the only person who thinks she's digging for it.

A. She's not a typical single mom that has to struggle to make ends meet. Still, I'm sure her life is a bit more complicated than before baby. B. Nobody knows how she got pregnant except for her and maybe Tom, everything else is hearsay. I don't mind the photos, I think they're cute and playful. I think that's supposed to be a nighty in the crib photo. All new moms feel like wearing such skimpy things after giving birth. ;) NOT!

I wonder what kind of relative would even divulge any personal info anyway?? What is she...his aunt or something, mini-pixi?? I haad heard Tom and his parents were there shortly after the birth or right at the time of it. Sounds like that story is a bit...fishy. Like I said...I do not like Tom Brady, but nobody knows the whole story except Tom and Bridget. There is his side, her side, and then the truth...which none of us will ever know.

I assmue that the reason Bridget hires two nannies is that she has been working for some movies and having some modeling work we saw some already . She is not a single housewife. Like any other single affordable working mothers hiring nunnies, she can afford for herself and why not? Besides, she may have hired nannies only while she's working, you never know. Then Tom's mother's best friend picking up such things to put Bridget's reputation down. You never know. One more, I also understand that Bridget want to save her first son's picture in good cause (she donated charities for OK! mag shoot) This is what every celebrity doing for their babbis and you buy the mags and see the celeb's babis. Why does only Bridget be blamed for doing this? You can't deny that her baby's pic was the most wanted at that time. Shame on you, mini-pixi.

Mommies can be sexy, yes, I agree. I just think that one picture could have been conveyed in a different way. I find something odd about a woman in a negligee leaning against what is supposed to be her sons bed. (I know it's not really her sons bed, but it's representative of it). I don't think I have anything I need to "get over", I think we're all entitled to our opinions. I wasn't judging her or her situation, I was judging the photographers style of what is art. I don't think she's a bad person, I don't think the photographer is a bad person, I just thought the photo was in poor taste.

i think she looks FANTASTIC... so the baby's nine months and she looks like THIS (so i've got what two months to go before i get my 'old body' back? hahah) and there's three sides to every story... his, hers & the truth. i'll admit that i think brady is an @hole.... but then again i'm a jets fan... i' m not the only one http://www.dickipedia.org/dick.php?title=Tom_Brady (btw this links got some offcolor language to anyone who may be offended).

and, as for the photo shoot and style of pictures...its Harpers Bazaar for goodness sake!!! Get over it!!! I think what they are trying to convey is a mommy can be sexy!! Very true!!

You know after breakups truths tend to be twisted. SO none of us really know if she "went off the pill without his knowledge" or if this was even a planned pregenancy. All we know is they broke up, she announced her pregnancy. I know how hard divorce is and I cannot imagine how hurtful it was to see tabloid pics of him with his new supermodel girlfriend while you are getting bigge every day. Bravo to her for making it into a positive thing instead of spending this interview trashing him. And if she limits his visits I can certainly see why.

that second pic is a bit odd - nothing says sexy like leaning against a baby's cot :oy: and i'm one of those who thinks she's pandering for pity. my opinion.

Again, I wish to have her after-baby body. Gosh, she looks GREAT. I don't feel sorry for her because she doesn't seem to feel sorry for herself and she seems happy with her life and being a mom. It's good! And for those who claim that Tom Brady was prevented from seeing his son. LMAO! He has the money to FIGHT for the right to see his child if his ex was doing that to him. And he'll win his rights too! Even the grandparents can sue for visitation. REALLY. I know that because I've had my parents-in-laws having to sue an ex-wife of my bro-in-law for visitation of their granddaughter. And THEY WON. They still have her twice a month for weekend (although now that they're on good terms: she came every weekend). Tom Brady and his family (parents) can easily win visitation too. He's the FATHER for god's sake, and he's a FAMOUS QB and I haven't heard him getting in trouble with the laws. I'm not blaming him for wanting to enjoy his single life (I'm sure he didn't expect or even want a kid w/ his ex  ), his new top model gf and partying and traveling. I mean everyone has their own priority in life, just because he's not comfortable being a father and lacks the willingness to pursue more time to spend with his child, it doesn't change the fact that he's a great QB for the Patriots and practically a 'hero' to his hometown people and a 'celeb athlete.' I just wonder why Bridget Monayhan hasn't filed for child support yet via the court system, w/ the paparazzi looming around, we'd have heard by now if she did it. I mean, a lot of people do it (celebs or not), that's why I think that there are some good compromise between the 2 separated parents regarding their child (although they both surely aren't in relationship anymore). And that's why I don't think she's out there trying to get money out of Brady. In fact, I think she's pretty private. Much more private then K-FED, Denise Richards, and other nutso celebs out there who are experiencing similar situation. As a mom, I totally celebrate motherhood and my hats are off for those single moms. :)
