1 ½ tbsp mayonnaise
½ tsp soy sauce
1 tsp plum sauce
One third cup cooked chicken, shredded
2 inch length peeled cucumber cut into matchsticks
½ tsp toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Mix together the mayonnaise, soy sauce and plum jam. Stir in the shredded chicken and cucumber. Sprinkle over the toasted sesame seeds.
Arrange the filling near one end of the tortilla and roll up. Heat the tortilla (see above) and roll up.
