We like simple meals around here like spaghetti with homemade meatballs, from-scratch-pizza, and chili and cornbread.

couscous: quick and easy, boil water add flavoring of choice, add coucous, take off heat, done in 5 mins. can be served with any meat

I make bolognaise with heaps of grated/chopped veggies in the sauce (anything thats in the fridge) and meatballs. The kids love it with penne or spiral pasta so they can feed themselves. I use bake at home rolls as individual garlic breads too.
