You know those pesky stickers that are on your produce, the ones that sometimes sneak their ways onto your plates and meals? Use them as rewards. When your tot eats a banana or an apple, peel the sticker from the fruit and place it on your babe's hand showing them that healthy options are yummy and provide a little fun. Soon enough, they'll be sporting the tomato, bell pepper, squash, and orange tags all over their arms.
