While many parents struggle with making simple school lunches, one dad definitely knows how to pack an elaborate meal!

Beau Coffron of Lunchbox Dad is a father of three, and his creative bento boxes are not only healthy but also beyond creative. Every Monday, Coffron packs intricate lunches for his children to enjoy at school based on seasonal themes and their latest hobbies. In honor of their love for everything Star Wars (and the new movie!), this doting dad has transformed ordinary food into masterpieces that are out of this galaxy.

"I started doing this because [I] wanted to let them know that their dad is thinking about them and loves them," Coffron told Bored Panda. The lunches take him about 30 minutes to make, and his children have enjoyed counting down to the release of The Force Awakens with their weekly surprises. From a Stormtrooper tortilla for a Dark Side burrito to the R2-D2 sandwich (complete with a Santa hat), we bet each lunch is as delicious as it is ingenious!
