Take an Exclusive Look at Disney's New TV Movie The Lion Guard: Return of the Roar!
Simba and the gang are back with a continuation of The Lion King story in Disney's new TV movie, The Lion Guard: Return of the Roar. In the movie, Simba and Nala introduce their second-born, Kion, who is given an important responsibility: to assemble a Lion Guard to protect and defend the Pride Lands and the circle of life.
In the clip, Simba (voiced by Rob Lowe) criticizes young Kion for choosing a group of his animal friends for the Guard rather than all lions, as the Guard's tradition has always been. There are several messages featured throughout the animated film regarding sibling rivalry, diversity, and embracing change, and we can't wait to see all of the lessons that will come out of the film for our kids.
The movie premieres Sunday, Nov. 22, on the Disney Channel — so set those DVRs!
