I don' t like to be overly negative, but this is kind of a crap quiz. Taking things with healthy ingredients and comparing them to complete crap thats less fattening. It may have less fat grams, but it also has absolutely NOTHING in it. No good fat, no good ingredients, vitamins, etc.

But this is the problem with these stats- all they talk about is fat and sugar. Saying that Rice Crispy treats (which are butter, marshmallow and cereal) are better for you than oats, almonds, honey, and sunflower seeds is extremely misleading. And we're not taking into account what kind of fats they are. We need fats in our diets. And just because Macaroni and Cheese has more fat than SpaghettiO's does not mean that SpaghettiO's are good for you. They are just a better choice of horrible choices.
