The Green Way to Register For Baby

Keep baby (and the world) green by cutting out gift wrap! Presents off infant registries are often covered in luxurious paper with enough bows to decorate a nursery. Take a cue from green bridal registries and ask friends and family to send their gifts just the way they bought them. You can make this request by adding a note to the bottom of your registry like this one: "In order to keep our home as green and waste-free as possible, we prefer no gift wrapping or special boxes." Aside from helping keep the house clutter-free, other expectant mamas may follow your lead.
